Material used: Koshibo Polka dot and velvet for main body; fully lining in innner layer and add on tulle (tutu) to make it more puffy!

1-3 yo : RM60.00
4-6 yo : RM65.00

Note : can also opt for using all polka dot material to do upper and lower part of dress.
